ANALYSIS OF BUYING AND INDEBTEDNESS HABITS IN RELATION TO AGE IN A SAMPLE OF CONSUMERS IN SOUTHERN SONORA

The satisfaction of needs has become the main objective of the human being, consumption is the economic action directly related to the satisfaction of needs, so the study of consumer behavior becomes very important. The purpose of this research is to identify the main buying habits of the economically active population of the municipality of Navojoa, Sonora, in order to establish the differences between age and buying habits, economically active people were taken as inclusion criteria grouped into different age ranges ranging from 25 to 65 years, as a measuring instrument, the scale of habits and buying behaviors. The results established significant differences between the three dimensions of the instrument; planning of buying habits, buying habits and indebtedness habits and the different age groups.
