SOCIAL WORK, FUNCTIONS, ACTIVITIES AND CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE LEGAL MEDICAL CASE IN THE HEALTH SYSTEM OF THE STATE OF HIDALGO, MEXICO

Abstract

The objective of this article is to provide an overview of the functions, activities as well as the use of methodology, techniques and instruments by the social worker in the legal medical case in the Hidalgo health system. In such a way that this proposal will allow to generate reflection and intervention approaches from a scenario where today the function of the Social Worker has been taking great importance in the legal medical field, as well as in other branches where his intervention is present, in a timely manner, that is why the Social Work professional is privileged to intervene in the legal medical case from a practical approach since it meets the appropriate characteristics to carry out this role.
