This article aims to discuss the Public Administration’s role within the constitutional right to social inclusion of people with disability. It defends that today it would be more efficient a public policy that does not limit on merely inspecting that the Quota’s Law is being fulfilled but also foments, incentivizes, that particulars actually go further in order to accomplish this constitutional goal.
