Abstract

Quantum Law presents a differentiated view that puts the legal science alongside with the principles
os quantum physics. It has a holistic approach of inter-multi-disciplinarity that allows a comprehension
of nature and human society. The same view is to be found in the Humanist Capitalism School, that
molds itself as the main goal of to make effective the multidimensionalism of human and fundamental
rights.
