Keywords:
Neoliberalism, Institutionalism, Training, Flexibility, ModelAbstract
Labor flexibility is a feature of knowledge management systems that delimit the rector of the State and enhance the agency of the professional, although the purpose of the work has been to demonstrate the structure of academic flexibility and its link with labor flexibility, discussing the relevance of carrying out a study more in keeping with the continuity of the process that begins in the academy and culminates in the work. A documentary and correlation research was conducted with students of a public university. Significant relationships were found between flexibility and its indicators that demonstrate a prevalence of institutionalism over the requirements of the local market.
